This reminds me of the poetry by Nayyirah Waheed that Amanda read to us in class! It's concise but delivers powerful insight. The way each line maintains the same syntax lends the piece a warm and comforting rhythm that reinforces the overall tone of encouragement. My favorite line is "If you guess, you're right" because it's such a strong reminder to listen to your instincts.

This does sound like the poetry of Nayyirah Waheed. I like how the poem begins with "If you try, you can" because so much in life begins there.
