The Write Stuff

Hey writers!  We are super excited to meet you at Project Write in a few days.  We have a jam-packed couple of weeks coming up for you.  Project Write will be visiting some pretty cool places - Edgar Allan Poe's house, Eastern State Penitentiary, and Independence Hall - just to name a few. We hope that the historic places and stories will inspire you.  We'll wrap up the program with a special celebration featuring Philly's poet laureate Yolanda Wisher.  Don't know her?  Google her.  Yeah, THAT Yolanda Wisher.  Can't wait to see you at orientation on Thursday, July 7 at 6pm at park headquarters (143 S. 3rd Street).  Class begins on Monday, July 11 at 9 a.m.
